BETA Cohort – Foundational Master Series

Update - The Beta Cohort Class in Salt Lake City is full. We'll announce the next course location soon. Please let us know if you are interested and we'll keep you in the loop.

Whole Body Balance™ is an evidence-informed course for clinicians ready to apply gentle, effective alignment strategies to improve posture, breathing, functional movement, and nervous system balance—including the craniofacial complex and TMJs.

This BETA offering introduces the Whole Body Balance™ framework through three integrated Master Classes, combining science, hands-on application, and real-world clinical reasoning. Participants learn to assess and address dysfunctional breathing through a whole-body, brain-based approach; aligning the body from the toes to the nose, spine, and jaw to support optimal breathing, function, sleep, and neurophysiological regulation essential for success.

Developed from real clinical practice.
Whole Body Balance™ is the framework I use to treat infants through adults with airway, breathing, head, neck, jaw, and TMJ-related challenges—including torticollis, head turn preferences, and feeding difficulties in infants.

Why I Created Whole Body Balance™

Whole Body Balance™ was created from a simple but powerful clinical truth: breathing is a whole-body function. While many approaches focus primarily on the face, jaw, or airway alone, I consistently found that by treating the whole body nose to toes, including the feet, SI, rib cage, diaphragm, shoulder girdle, neck and cranium…I could achieve better, faster, longer lasting results.

I developed the Whole Body Balance™ framework to help clinicians move beyond symptom management and learn how to identify why dysfunction is present. The nervous system is always communicating. When we fight it, we lose. When we learn to understand what it is telling us, and address the underlying drivers and root causes, the body can reorganize in more efficient, resilient ways.

Whole Body Balance™ teaches a gentle, brain-based, nose-to-toes approach to breathing and alignment that supports true regulation, improved function, and meaningful clinical change across the lifespan.
